Policies & Guidelines

To make your session as productive as possible, please note our policies and guidelines as outlined below:

Policies

• The writer must be present.
• The Center will only assist with take home exams with the written consent of the instructor.
• The Center has no influence or responsibility over grades received for assignments.

Guidelines

• To make an appointment, please email TCjapanwritingcenter@gmail.com.
• Please specify both a first and second choice for time preference and we will confirm the appointment within 48 hours.
• Should you wish to cancel a previously scheduled appointment, please inform us 48 hours in advance of the appointment.
• Arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled.
• Bring a copy of your document to the session.
• Fill out a pre- and post-session survey for your visit.
• If you don't have a scheduled appointment but want to meet with a tutor, we invite you to come by. If a tutor is free, you may be given an appointment.
