| NOTE: Certificate registration is ONLY available to those already enrolled in the certificate program. We are sorry, but no new certificate applications are being accepted in 2007. | |

Check the REGISTRATION FORM for exact dates for early registration for each workshop.
To encourage participants to attend with other members of their school or institution we are pleased to offer the following discounts to participants:
| Groups of 2-3 members: | 10% discount on fees |
| Groups of 4 or more members: | 20% discount on fees |
To apply for a group discount please indicate the group members attending on the REGISTRATION FORM. All group members need to submit their forms at the same time.
