Instructions for Registration

1. If you are registering as a workshop participant:
  • Fill out the Registration Form and return it to TC Tokyo.
  • Indicate on the form the workshop you are registering for.
  • Registration for non-certificate participants is based on available space.
  • You will be invoiced for the workshop in the mail.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer ONLY. Instructions for the transfer will be on your invoice.
  • Your place will be reserved when payment is received, no later than 2 weeks prior to the course start.
  • When payment is received the workshop reading material will be sent to you.
  • You will receive a Letter of Attendance for the workshop(s) you complete.

2. If you are a registering as a certificate participant:
NOTE: Certificate registration is ONLY available to those already in the certificate program. We are sorry, but no new certificate applications are being accepted in 2007.
  • Fill out Registration form and return it to TC Tokyo.
  • Indicate on the registration form the certificate workshops for registration.
  • You will be invoiced separately for the workshop(s) in the mail.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer ONLY. Instructions for the transfer will be on your invoice.
  • Your place will be reserved when payment is received, no later than 2 weeks prior to the workshop.
  • When payment is received the workshop material will be sent to you.
  • You will receive a Peace Education Certificate after completing the 9 certificate points.

Group discounts of 10% - 20% We are pleased to offer group discounts of 10% on all workshop fees to people who are attending from the same school or organization. Contact Peace Program Coordinator, Michele Milner milnermw@tc-japan.edu for details.

IMPORTANT

  • Space will be reserved for you in the class you have registered for when we receive your payment.
  • You will receive the workshop materials and pre-class assignment when payment is received
  • The payment DEADLINE is 2 weeks prior to the start of the class.
  • If we have not received your payment by that day your space may be cancelled.
  • Space is limited in each class and is available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Tuition does NOT include other textbooks. These will be available for purchase at TC Tokyo.

Our Cancellation policy states that cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the first class will not be subject to any charge. Cancellations made in the period 24 hours before the first class until the end of the first day of classes, will be subject to a charge of 50% of the tuition fee for credit and non-credit students.
